my kl trip - part 1

day 1
sis+husband and me got into an early bus to kl. the journey was rather good. the driver of the Gunung Raya bus was good. dont really speed like siau lang.. and the weather is nice too. no sun. rain the whole journey. but it took us nearly 5 hours to reach pudu station. =.='' we then walked about 2km to our hotel - swiss garden inn.

our room wasnt ready yet as the check-in time is actually 3pm. so we got nothing to do. feeling extremely hungry, the three of us left our back in the hotel and walked towards bukit bintang area. we tasted the curry fishball, friend pohpiah and fried tauhu at a stall behind lowyat plaza..i think the shop's name is Hong Kong Food Culture. YUMMY!!!!!! it's delicious!! especially the curry fishball... it's VERY VERY DELICIOUS!!!

then we went inside lowyat plaza. we went to the food level. then a guy managed to capture us with their japanese food menu. we ordered a set. share share. but the food doesnt come out nice. the chawan mushi.. eeeee! like powder wan.. but the main dish quite ok la. spicy but nice! not bad la. haha

then we walked all the way back to our hotel to check-in. had a bath, then we went to different ways. peter will rest in the hotel and headed off to bookshops in pavilion while me and yin will walk towards pasar seni putra station.. it took us about 30 minutes =.='' kinda exhausted when we reach there. but thank god the weather helped us. not that hot!

we managed to reach our destination - klcc! while waiting for another sis to finish working and meet us up, me and yin walked around klcc. at first we went searching for the chocolate for lean. mana tau.. cant find! (sorry oo lean!). then we walked around a little.. ate something that my sis says nice. bagels.

how to describe it? i'll follow my sis la... something like donut but more CHEWY.. we took white oreo.. YUMMY! delicious! but i still prefer donuts that are not chewy.. haha... we then went to mcd to buy a drink after that.

we got nothing to do. and we dont feel like shopping. so we went to the klcc park and took photos. i love klcc. i like the structure. it looks so magnificent. so bergaya. so YENG! i'm actually super proud of klcc! =)

then wen meet us up. and we three went for dinner. we are at little penang cafe. we ordered penang hokkien mee and nasi lemak. and also ais kacang! the hokkien mee is delicious!! nasi lemak and ais kacang also not bad.. and it's not really very expensive too for kl standard.

we then straight away headed off to the highlight of the trip. the BEAUTY AND THE BEAST show.. it's in klcc convention centre. for my review, see the previous post here. anyway, no harm saying it again.. the show is AWESOME!! =)

after the show, jen fetch the 3 of us. dropped me and yin back to the hotel and bring back some of our luggage back first. before that, we took some photos of klcc again. cant resist! too beautiful!
