Part 12: South Africa - Walk Around Stellenbosch, Canal Walk

part 12. and the last part! (finally right?! lol)

sorry for being so long winded for this trip. it's just that i just couldnt blog in a post about my 3 weeks SA trip.. there's soooo much details and photos that i really wanna blogged about so that the next time wheni refer back, it's gonna be like a revisit to SA all over again! =)

okay. there's nothing much after all the visits to mountains and oceans and seas and shark-cage diving, so all we did was shop till we drop in SA. hahahahaa

erm, actually i just realised, we did walk around many many shops, but we didnt exactly buy alot of things during the last few days! me and mum feared that our luggage wouldnt fit in all the stuff that we bought. we try our very best not to buy bulky and heavy stuff. we close half our eyes when we shop!

as we've already return our rented car, and there is no other public transport in SA, all we could do is we walk around stellenbosch. we walk into EVERY shop that is open for the next 2 days. turn into every corner/street we could find.

9th january 2009

after so many days of walking, we practically know the selok-belok of the roads in the neighbourhood. we've visited every open shops. and like i've mentioned, the shops are closed early. 5pm during weekdays, and 1pm during weekends!

but today shu-wen's friend, Ian is free to bring us back to Greenpoint to buy more souvenirs as it is wayyyyyy cheaper there compared to the ones in stellenbosch.

so while waiting for him, what are 3 girls in the house going to do??

THIS! hahaha

after Greenpoint, we went to Canal Walk. at least this mall closes at 9pm.
